Have You Had Your Salad Today?

August 27, 2009

Salad is an easy way to add to your intake of raw veggies.  A crisp raw salad consisting of your favorite greens and raw veggies is a great addition to any lunch or dinner and can really give you a lot of nutrients.

I was just reading a blog post, The Salad is the Main Dish, which has some simple, yet so helpful, advice.   Take a minute and read what she has to say.  And then get working on adding in those salads!

Thanks for the link! I must point out that I was quoting from an article by Dr Fuhrman…

I am about 99% raw now and loving it!

    Hanlie,

Yes, I saw that you wrote about Dr. Fuhrman – we have been using his books for months now.

99% raw is fantastic! I think we’re at about 75%.

    Thanks for the comment.
