Raw Vegan Recipes

When attempting to eat more raw foods,  it is important to find some raw vegan recipes that really taste good to you and that you enjoy.  Being on a raw food diet should not be a burden, but simple and enjoyable.

I purchased the “Easy Raw Vegan Salads & Dressings” book by Kristen Suzanne  and have made many of the recipes.   Before this book, I was always disappointed in the dressings I made for our salads.  I couldn’t find ones that were healthy and tasted good.

That changed when I bought this book!  I have tried making quite a few of the dressing recipes  and have been very happy with them all.  Finally!  We can ebookthumb_salads1enjoy our salads more now with good tasting dressings and knowing that the ingredients are all good for you.  I have found a dressing recipe in this book with only five ingredients that I use almost on a daily basis now.

Raw recipes do not have to be dull or boring.  They can look and taste like an elegant dish!  Kristen Suzanne, author of the above mentioned book, is a chef and knows how to make raw dishes taste and look great!  I would be happy to serve any of these wonderful salads to company.  And it adds a
“special touch”  to my everyday dishes I make for my family.
